Identity verification is an optional feature for Premium members. If you choose to verify your identity, your government-issued ID document and a selfie are processed directly by our verification partner Veriff OÜ (Niine 11, 10414 Tallinn, Estonia) to confirm that you are a real person. Looking4U never receives or stores your documents or biometric data — we only store the result of the check (verified: yes/no) and the date of verification. Veriff processes your data in accordance with its own privacy policy (www.veriff.com/privacy-policy) and deletes it in line with statutory retention periods. You can use Looking4U at any time without verifying your identity.

You have the right to: • Access, update, or delete your personal information • Opt out of marketing communications • Control your profile visibility settings • Request a copy of your data • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You can delete your account at any time, and we will remove your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
