Reporting Users
We take safety seriously at Looking4U. If you encounter inappropriate behavior, you can report users to help keep our community safe.
When to Report
You should report a user if they:
- •Send harassing, threatening, or abusive messages
- •Share inappropriate or explicit content
- •Use fake photos or impersonate someone else
- •Attempt to scam or deceive you
- •Violate our Community Guidelines
- •Are under 18 years old
How to Report a User
Option 1: From a Conversation
- Open the conversation with the user
- Click the menu icon (three dots) in the header
- Select "Report User"
- Choose the reason for your report
- Add any additional details (optional but helpful)
- Submit the report
Option 2: From the Report Page
- Go to the Report page
- Describe the issue and provide the username if known
- Select the type of violation
- Include any screenshots or evidence
- Submit your report
What Happens After You Report

Our safety team reviews your report within 24-48 hours

We investigate the reported user's account and behavior

Appropriate action is taken (warning, suspension, or ban)

You may receive a follow-up if we need more information
In Immediate Danger?
If you feel you are in immediate danger, please contact local law enforcement immediately.
Your Privacy is Protected
Reports are confidential. The reported user will not know who reported them.
